Everything ABC Blog Hop Letter J

everything ABC Blog Hop Badge

Welcome to the Everything ABC’s Blog Hop! For this hop we will be featuring the letterJ”. This may be the name of a paper, a stamp set or an embellishment. Whatever the crafter has chosen as theirJelement will be featured in their post. If you have just hopped onto my blog, from Cathrine Nowack’s blog Catscrapbooking.com then you’re on the right track!

For my “J” I decided on a Card in a Box, celebrating July 4th.  I have never made one of these before and have wanted to try it.  I thought what a better holiday with the fireworks and so forth that could be coming out of the box.  After surfing for directions, I located one that was very easy to do.  This is how the Card in a Box came out.

I used the Close to My Heart Stamp of the Month, Just Sayin’, item S1505.  I also used Home of the Brave D1576 and American Celebration D1458, both of which are retired Close to my Heart stamp sets.

 Supplies used:

July 4th Card in a Box:  White Daisy Cardstock, Home of the Brave stamp set #D1576, American Celebration stamp set #D1458, Just Sayin’ stamp of the Month stamp set #S1505, Fiskers Sure-Cut Deluxe Paper Trimmer, Pacifica Ink, Cranberry Ink, Non-stick Micro-tip Scissors,  3D Foam Tape, and Duck Easy-Stick Adhesive.

To purchase any of these supplies click here and you will be taken to my Close to My Heart Business page.

Thank you for stopping by!  I enjoyed being able to share this card with you.
